Why should I use IceProof
- Depresses cold filter plugging point (CFPP). The reduction of the CFPP is dependent on the CFPP of the diesel fuel which has to be treated.
- Prevents settling of wax crystals in the tank
- Slows down the formation of wax crystals
- Prevents filter clogging at low temperatures
- Remains fluid in extremely low temperatures
Applications
Wynns Ice Proof for Diesel is suitable for all diesel fuels, can be applied to diesel fuel in the vehicle or storage tank. Particularly effective for diesel fuels used in trucks, buses and boats, as well as for heating oils.
Directions for use
Add to diesel fuel tanks or storage tanks. Treat before fuel temperature drops below 5oC (autumn or winter)
Dosage
Add 0.25% by volume to diesel fuel (ie: 1 litre to 400 litres of diesel fuel)
