As another year draws to a close and the festive season is fast approaching, I would like to thank all of our valued clients and shareholders for their continued support throughout 2011.
The season ahead is shaping up to be extremely positive for all aspects of the agricultural sector and we look forward to continuing to be an integral part of your farming operation.

Another season is well on its way and it looks to be a cracker. Already farmers are wondering what to do with their surplus feed as in-milk cows are hard to come by at present. Therefore, I imagine large quantities of hay and silage will be made this season.
Prices for cows and heifers are strong and demand seems to be high. If you are looking to sell your herd or young stock we have very high demand for this type of stock among our CRT dairy team.
If you are looking for a herd or to top your numbers up going into the 2012 season, we have cows on quote which may suit your needs. CRT has a number of carry-over cows available and this may be a good way to top numbers up without going over your budget. Export heifers are in strong demand presently so this is a great way to clean out lower breeding worth heifers and to create cash flow.
The sheep and beef side of the industry is looking very positive and throughout the season we have contracts for prime and store stock available, so phone for more information. Best wishes for the Christmas period and the upcoming 2012 season.
